Order Tracking
Track your order
Every order ships with tracking. Here is how to find yours:
- Check your shipping confirmation email. It is sent when your order leaves processing (orders are processed in 2–3 business days) and contains your tracking link.
- Click the tracking link. It opens the carrier's live tracking page for your parcel.
- Allow a short delay after dispatch. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show its first scan after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days after dispatch to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Can't find your email or your tracking has stalled? Email support@mycozyhaven.com with your order number, shipping country, and the email used at checkout — we reply within one business day (Monday to Friday).
