Shipping Policy

Cozy Haven Decor is an online-only Canadian home decor store. We currently accept orders for Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Our daily order cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard delivery normally takes 7 to 12 business days. The usual total time from order to delivery is 9 to 15 business days. Carrier delays, customs processing, remote destinations, and peak periods can add time, so these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for all destinations we currently serve. Any available delivery option and its final cost are shown at checkout before payment.

Where orders ship from

We work with independent fulfillment partners. Most products are dispatched from partner warehouses in China. When regional stock is available, an order may instead ship from a warehouse closer to the delivery destination. Products in the same order may be sent in separate parcels and may arrive on different days.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. It can take 1 to 2 business days for the carrier to show the first scan.

Duties and taxes

International duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges may be collected by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Address changes and delivery problems

Email support@mycozyhaven.com as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We can only change an address before dispatch. For a delayed, damaged, missing, or incorrect delivery, include your order number and any useful photos or tracking details. We reply within one business day, Monday through Friday.
