Returns
Eligible return requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For damaged, missing, or wrong items, email support@mycozyhaven.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or video link. We review damage/wrong-item cases as quickly as possible and reply with the next step.
Customer-requested returns are normally returned at the customer's shipping cost unless local law requires otherwise. If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will explain the replacement, refund, or return path in our reply.
