Return requests must include the order number and the product being returned.
Items that are clearly personalized, used, damaged by misuse, or missing required parts may not be eligible.

Damaged or wrong item
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or different from what you ordered, email support@mycozyhaven.com with your order number and a clear photo or video link. This helps us review the issue quickly.

Return shipping

Refund timing
