We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging
- The request must be made within 30 days after delivery
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
How to start a return
- Email support@mycozyhaven.com with your order number and the reason for the request
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back
- If approved, the return destination and next steps will be provided by support
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Non-returnable items
Some items may be non-returnable based on product type, hygiene, personalization, safety, or clearance status. If an item is not returnable, that limitation should be stated on the product page or during purchase.
Refund timing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund after it is released.
