Returns Help

For return or exchange help, email support@mycozyhaven.com with your order number, the item name, the reason for the request, and photos or video when the item is damaged, missing, or incorrect.

  • Damaged, missing, or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof.
  • Changed your mind: eligible unused items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping: customer-requested returns are normally customer-paid; Cozy Haven handles next steps when our fulfillment caused the issue.
